We are currently looking for the following
positions:
1. General Microsoft Developer
/ Report Developer
Working individually or with a team this
individual will design and develop several different types of projects using MS
Visual Studio, with an emphasis around Business Intelligence. Strong knowledge
of MS Team Foundation Server to be used for revision history a plus.
Required Skills:
General Knowledge and Skills
- Must have 1+ years of experience with MS SQL Server and associated applications.
- Must have 1+ years of experience with Visual Studio and associated add-ons.
- Experience with MS SQL Server Stored Procedures and other T-SQL code.
- Experience with MS SQL Server Reporting Services and its configurations.
- Strong problem solving, interpersonal, and communication skills desired.
Reporting Services Development Skills
- Working knowledge of query performance tuning.
- Working knowledge of report parameters.
- Working knowledge of customer filters.
- Working knowledge of conditional formatting.
- Experience with Report Server setup.
- Experience with report deployments.
- Experience with Report Model Projects and MS Report Builder a plus.
2. MSSQL Database Developer
Working individually or with a team this individual will design and develop
MS SQL databases using a variety of tools and techniques. Strong knowledge
of MS Team Foundation Server to be used for revision history a plus.
Required Skills:
Specialized Knowledge and Skills
- Technical knowledge in software database development methodologies, design and implementation.
- Analytical and design skills at multi-product/multi-environment level.
- Good understanding of entire development process, including specification, documentation
and quality assurance.
- Demonstrated ability working on complex projects under aggressive deadlines.
- Strong problem solving, interpersonal, and communication skills desired.
SQL Server Development Skills
- Must have 1+ years of experience in Logical and Physical data modeling.
- Must have 1+ years experience in development of MS SQL Server Stored Procedures
and other T-SQL code.
- Must have 1+ years experience using SQL Server Integration Services.
- Working knowledge of database administration.
- Experience with Analysis Services a plus.
- Have a good understanding of normalization concepts and indexing approaches.
3. MSSQL Database Architect
Leading a team this individual will oversee design and development of
MS SQL databases and Business Intelligence Reporting solutions using a variety of
tools and techniques. Strong knowledge of MS Team Foundation Server to be
used for revision history a plus.
Required Skills:
Specialized Knowledge and Skills
- Technical knowledge in software database development methodologies, design and implementation.
- Analytical and design skills at multi-product/multi-environment level.
- Experience in research and analysis, project planning and implementation.
- Good understanding of entire development process, including specification, documentation
and quality assurance.
- Demonstrated ability working on complex projects under aggressive deadlines.
- Strong problem solving, interpersonal, and communication skills desired.
SQL Server Development Skills
- Must have 2+ years of experience in Logical and Physical data modeling.
- Must have 2+ years experience in development of MS SQL Server Stored Procedures
and other T-SQL code.
- Must have 2+ years experience using SQL Server Integration Services.
- Working knowledge of database performance tuning as well as a working knowledge

- Experience with XML data types, XML parsing and SQL 2005 XML functions.
